It was our first family holiday and we had a wonderful time at Arcot Cottage. Cubert is the perfect location to explore Cornwall (& does amazing fish & chips!). Lots of lovely walks on the beaches. Crantock & Holywell are lovely come rain or shine. A wonderful week.

Thought we were coming down to meet the tail end of hurricane Katia, but it moved north! Was windy but lots of sunshine. The cottage is so comfortable, and the upstairs loo has it's own sound effects! Smugglers Inn a bit disappointing and not really worth the price, what a shame. All in all a great week will come again and recommend the place to friends.

Just to say Thanks. My brother and I had a lovely week at your fabulous cottage. We found it VERY centrally located - we saw The Minnack Theatre (wow!) and a trip round the pennisular through Zennor, lunched at Gurnards Head, the Eden Project, Bodmin Jail, a pleasant day trip to Padstow, another to St Ives. Wow, we did it all. I loved your local church, took many evening walks with my dog in the fields accessed across the road. I am sure I will book again

Just wanted to send you a quick email to say what a great time we had in Cubert and Cornwall. The cottage was just fab, everything we needed and so comfortable. The area is beautiful and we spent a couple of lovely days in Holywell Beach. My kids loved the waves!!!!Also had a lovely meal in Smugglers Den on our last night.We also did a bit of travelling and got to visit a lot of places in Cornwall. Thank you again and we are definitely planning another trip next year!!

just a quick note to thank you for the lovely food you left for us, particularly as we arrived very late on our first night.
Arcot cottage was just what we needed, a perfect retreat after a very busy year, we had everything we needed and were warm and cosy when we were in, the Central Heating was very easy to use and the bed was very comfortable.
